The Process

Eight stages, one standard.

Each step is calibrated by experienced operators and monitored with automated controls — ensuring every tile leaves our facility meeting international standards.

    Raw Material Selection

    Premium clay, feldspar, silica sand and natural minerals are carefully selected.

    Preparation

    Raw materials are crushed, milled, blended and refined.

  3. 03

    Pressing

    High-pressure hydraulic presses create perfectly formed tiles.

  4. 04

    Drying

    Controlled drying ensures strength and dimensional accuracy.

  5. 05

    Glazing

    Advanced glazing systems apply durable decorative finishes.

  6. 06

    Firing

    Tiles are fired in energy-efficient kilns at over 1,200°C.

    Inspection

    Strength, absorption, finish, colour and dimension checks.

    Packaging
